Sausage has just a hint of "warm" and a nice taste of sage. Use your own game or have your butcher grind pork. Make up 15 pounds at once, or if you prefer, make a pound at a time. If meat is very lean, you may want to add some fat. Ask your butcher. Use for any ground meat, domestic or game. Our 9 ounce pouch seasons up to 15 pounds meat.
