Hunters can enjoy making their own "premium" sausage links or patties with our new sausage blends. Make "Hot Italian", "Sweet Italian" or "Breakfast" sausage with no preservatives and only the best of ingredients, including sea salt, and NO msg. Each package seasons 1 to 10 or 15 pounds meat.

Hot Italian Blend: Our 9 ounce package will season up to 10 pounds ground meat, or makes a great "hot" rub.

Sweet Italian Blend: Our 10 ounce package will season up to 10 pounds ground meat, or makes a terriffic rub for chicken.

Breakfast Sausage Blend: Our 12 ounce package will season up to 15 pounds ground meat, or makes a great rub for pork.
